What's educator? - YEP Bhakunde Besi 3

Twenty students ("participants"), two Youth Community Leaders (YCL) inclusive, opted to serve the oversea community this time, in Nepal. The project title is YEP* Bhakunde Besi 3 ("project").

The mentioning of Nepal usually reminds Singaporeans of Gurkha Contingent (GC). Simpson [1] wrote, [that] the hardiest of Gorkha 's menfolk had for two centuries, make their names and fortunes overseas with the Gurkha Brigades. Singapore is one of the beneficiaries to having such brigades (GC, aforesaid) that falls in the ambit of the Singapore Police Force (SPF).

Taking on the YCL role, Bryanna and Aizaac acknowledge the challenge that requires them to juggle between school work and trip planning. Nonetheless, this trip opportune both youths to lead a team, time manage the entire process and solving issues that surface without warning. Eighteen pairs of youthful eyes are always looking up; and two pairs of fatherly eyes will be looking down, at them. The latter belong to Delegation Leaders, Rosdi and Kwee Thiam, who support Aizaac & Bryanna (Their initials coincide alphabet order); and are responsible for all twenty of them.

Notwithstanding age similarity, YCL are "big" brother/sister to the participants'. The "big" of the YCL is due to their experience in such trip, i.e. when there were YEP participants themselves, or basis their specific involvement and experience vis-a-vis community works.

All participants have individual role(s) to play for this trip.
